Holiday Zoo Lights Installation Team Member

(Seasonal, 40 hours per week)

Lincoln Children’s Zoo is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the Zoo Lights installation team. Team members will be responsible for setting up lights, displays and other decorations.

This is a seasonal position from August 9, 2021 - November 25, 2021. The schedule will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights without fear while on a ladder, 30 ft scissor lift and 50 ft boom lift
• Ability to lift and move a ladder frequently
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds frequently and 50 to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to sustain physical labor for 8 hours a day
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• High school degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift
