What does my Symbolic Adoption include?
This depends on which adoption package you purchase. The Basic Package includes physical copies of the certificate of adoption, cub photo, fact card and adoption sticker. The Double Package includes 2 plush, 2 certificates of adoption, 2 cub photos, 2 fact cards, and 2 adoption stickers.

How to I get my adoption package?
Symbolic adoption packages can be shipped to you or can be picked up at the Zoo.

How long will it take before I receive my adoption order?
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order for pick up or shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
