The Zoo was established 52 years ago in 1965. Rated among the nation's best zoos for children by Parent Magazine, the Zoo is home to over 400 different animals and 40 endangered animals and is the third most attended arts & cultural attraction in Nebraska. The Zoo has been featured on NBC Today, Time Magazine, ABC News, USA Today, Buzzfeed, CNN and National Geographic.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Track and order maintenance supplies
• Maintain outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkway
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean, mop, wash and vacuum floors
• Empty trash
• Clean and polish fixtures
• Remove recycling materials
• Clean windows
• Dust furniture
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Self-motivated and be able to complete tasks as assigned.
• Must be able to lift, bend and stand for long periods and also withstand hot and cold weather conditions
• Must be at least 16 years old to apply

Schedule: Flexible; However some nights, Saturdays and Sundays are required
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
Salary: $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year
