Zoo Lights Powered by LES Checkout
Please read the following information prior to reserving your tickets to Zoo Lights Powered by LES!
- General admission tickets have specific timed entry. The time you select during checkout is your entry time. You must enter the event during that 30 minute timeframe. For example, if you purchased tickets for 7pm-7:30pm, then your tickets are valid for entry from 7pm-7:30pm. You are not restricted to any amount of time once you enter, but you must enter during your entry time.
- VIP Tickets are purchased in the 5:30pm-8:30pm timeslot. With VIP tickets you can be the first to enter the event at 5:30pm, or enter anytime during the event with minimal wait time.
- Tickets are required for all those ages 2 and above.
- Ticket Assurance: Add peace of mind to your purchase! For a percentage of your total ticket cost calculated during checkout, ticket assurance allows you to change the date and/or time of your Zoo Lights tickets up to one time. Ticket assurance does not allow refunds, only rescheduling by 3:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled tickets. Tickets will not be rescheduled if ticket assurance was not purchased during checkout.
To receive your member discount, enter the e-mail address on your membership, or member number during checkout. The discount is automatically applied after your membership information is entered.
Please note: Zoo Lights Powered by LES tickets are non-refundable. A processing fee of $2.00 per online transaction is applied at checkout.
