Boo at the Zoo Checkout
Please keep in mind the following as you reserve your Boo at the Zoo tickets:
- General admission ticket times:
- 5:30 - 8:00 pm
- 12:30 - 3:00 pm only on Oct. 25th
- VIP ticket times:
- 5:00 - 8:00 pm
- 12:00 - 3:00 pm only on Oct. 25th
- Zoo members receive free general admission tickets, but still need to reserve a ticket. VIP tickets are available at an additional cost, and members will receive a discount.
- To receive your member discount, enter the e-mail address on your membership or member number during checkout. The discount is automatically applied after your membership information is entered.
Please note: Boo at the Zoo tickets are non-refundable. A processing fee of $2.00 per online transaction is applied at checkout.

Everyone attending Boo at the Zoo - including members - must have either General Admission or VIP Admission in their cart.
Members get FREE General Admission or DISCOUNTED VIP Admission. Treat bags and train rides do not include admission.
