    Learn all about the Zoo’s warm water penguins from Peru. Interact with the penguin keepers, create fun crafts, and learn new songs.

    Meet the Zoo’s monkey friends and learn about their life at the Zoo and in the wild.

    Party with the Peacocks
    June 23 - 27
    Get ready to shake your tail feathers! Roam the Zoo like the peacocks do, to discover hidden secrets like Kahlif, the camel that lives behind the scenes.

    Mosey on over to the corral to brush, feed, saddle, walk and even ride the Zoo’s horses.

    Beetles, Bugs & Butterflies
    June 16 - 20
    Crawl on over to The Hive to see, touch and feel the critters that call it home. Plus, explore the world of butterflies in Laura's Butterfly Pavilion.

    Wild West Wrangler
    June 16 - 20
    Mosey on over to the corral to brush, feed, saddle, walk and even ride the Zoo’s horses.

    Penguin Plunge
    June 23 - 27
    Get to know the Zoo’s famous feathered friends by getting an up-close look.

    What does the gibbon’s yell, peacock’s squawk and horse’s nay mean? Find out how our animals talk to each other and learn a little animal language yourself!

    Catch Me If You Can

    The Zoo is home to some speedy animals! Find out how the penguins swim so fast, the pygmy marmosets zip around and the gibbons quickly swing from branch to branch.

    Animals love to eat - just like people. Tour the diet kitchen, and see what food the Zoo’s animals eat. Find out how it's made, and try some samples.

    Go Ape!
    July 28 - August 1
    Gideon and Zito, the white-handed gibbons, are one of the most popular duos at the Zoo. Get an inside look of their life at the Zoo and in the wild.

    Zoo Scene Investigator (ZSI)
    June 2 - 6
    Join the elite ZSI team, and investigate mysteries of the zoo. Dive into the evidence and find out why the leopard sits atop the rocks, how the gibbons swing and jump around and how flying squirrels glide through the air.
